It's only 23 years later that I find out I'm sensitive to extreme hotness in dishes e.g. the super spicy ramen (which you can pick the level of hotness you want) and the ChongQing chicken I had at SiChuan Douhua today.
It was super duper yummy but my tummy suffered later at night. :(
