How can a mall be so crowded before it's officially opened?

Amazed at the throng of people crowding the place on a friday afternoon.. Don't those people need to study or work or something?

Then again, even though it's not fully opened, their listing of shops is rather comprehensive. They have almost... everything. A cinema, a roof terrace with amphitheatre which would be a good place to gather at night and of course, St James Power Station.

The place is huge!
