Singapore 2006 (S2006) finished with a big bang last month. Delegates from 184 countries converged on our little red dot for the Annual Meetings of the board of governors of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group. However, S2006 was not just about financial meetings and seminars. From the Singapore Biennale at Tanglin Camp and other venues to the Delegates Welcome Reception at the Esplanade, our guests were also treated to a spectacular extravanganza of arts and culture.
