Cool On The Exterior, Warm Within
Reliance is a bad thing, no?

You realise that your little brother has grown up when he takes care of you. He has that gentleman streak in him (when he feels like it of course), like offering to carry your heavy bags and getting more laksa gravy from the mee auntie when yours has dried up.
The most unsettling part is that I like being taken care of. It's this very nice, comfy feeling, isn't it? But being so makes me feel a tad ashamed of myself. It's always better to be independent rite?
Why have the roles been reversed? The elder one should be looking out for the younger sibling, like nature dictates. Not that I don't, but in lesser ways than he does.
But still, I'm glad. It is heartening to see him all grown-up. And in some ways, he is more streetwise than I ever was at his age.
