With all the talk about the progress package, I was just wondering why I have yet received any news...So I checked out the website and discovered that one must fulfill the following criteria:

  1. Be a Singapore citizen - Checked!
  2. Sign up for the Progress Package by 31 December 2006 - Uh-huh~
  3. Be aged 21 years or above as of 31 December 2005 - Darn..oh wait, 31 Dec 2005?!

Why couldn't I have been born earlier?? :(
