Lj & I just caught this delightful movie. I simply love romantic comedies! Aww.. its just so touching, yet funny at the same time. My favourite combination. *grinz* I think we laughed more than anyone else in the theatre, so much so that the guy half of a couple sitting next to us was throwing us weird glances. He must have been thinking, "Why did I choose to sit beside 2 mad girls who laugh like there's no tomorrow?"
My favourite funny character was the psychic bookstore guy who uncannily resembled Shaggy in Scooby Doo. The way he went 'dude', hilarious!
And the lovely complimentary coasters we got! 9 pieces in total! But we gave 3 of them to a salesgirl when we went shopping afterwards, whom might still be thinking that we are un-identical twins. Heh.
The highlight of the evening was right after the movie, when we were laughing at the poor guy who was sitting beside us in the theatre earlier. Then both of us looked up at the up-riding escalator and saw this couple ahead of us. You know how couples like to hug on the escalators? Well, that was what this particular couple was doing...but the gf was pressed so hard against the bf's chest that she looked like she was suffocating. Haha! His huge expanse of chest was like a huge white pillow smothering the gf! The comic sight cracked us up and we were tearing madly before we could compose ourselves.
I can't help grinning even now..hehe! Totally unwinding..It was definitely a heavenly date!
